Kid Flash I- Wallace 'Wally' West

Wally West- He is the nephew of Barry Allen, and when he learned of his uncle's science experiment he remade it, and with the powers of The Flash he was able to convince Allen to allow him to become his sidekick.
Update- made him look older so he and Dick (in TDKR 22)are semi-close to being the same age (WW in TDKR being 16ish)
