Cyborg- Victor Stone

Victor Stone- While his father was working on an experiment, he accidently got in the way and was severely injured. The only way hecould survive is to become an armored cyborg. He then joined the Justice League as soon as he could, and when the Teen Titans formed he became their general.

Idea for look from JLD
Instead of Batman being the TT's general I decided that Cyborg could be on the JL, but still have a relationship with the titans.
